Good questions
Can you play the sound from our videos?
Yes. Send your videos ahead and we'll check the sound plays cleanly. On the day, we bring it in on cue.
Do we need a technician, or just the kit?
For one or two speakers in a small room, the kit alone can work. With several presenters or a tight running order, a technician takes the pressure off.
How early do you need to get into the venue?
It depends on the size of the set-up. We agree times with you and the venue so everything is tested before guests arrive.
Can you cover a daytime conference and an evening event?
Yes. We can plan both in one booking, including the turnaround in between.
